Founded and built Hawk Send under FSNK Ventures, a WhatsApp Business API platform with OTP delivery over an intelligent routing engine, template messaging, interactive Flows, webhooks, and a developer dashboard with analytics and API keys. Smart City Services.

The Problem

Freetown City Council ran municipal services like property tax, market dues, and waste collection on manual, cash-based processes that were hard for residents to access and for the council to track.

Solution & Impact

Built the end-to-end platform digitizing the council's services: a citizen mobile app on the Play Store, a USSD channel for feature phones, Next.js dashboards for council and service providers, and a Django backend with Celery-driven payments, notifications, and enforcement.

The Problem

Sierra Leone's laws, policies, project reports, evaluations, and research are scattered across government sites and public repositories, making them hard to find, read, and interrogate.

Solution & Impact

Engineered the mobile app and API behind the Institute for Development's AI-powered evidence platform, a digital public good. Plain-language questions are answered by a deep research agent with citations linked to official sources, alongside an in-app document viewer, passwordless OTP sign-in, and shareable conversations.

The Problem

Sierra Leone's maternal mortality ratio stood at 770 per 100,000 live births, with health workers lacking reliable tools to register pregnancies and track care in low-connectivity regions.

Solution & Impact

Led the design and development of the web and mobile registration and tracking platform behind the Ministry of Health and UNFPA's push toward 300 per 100,000. Offline-first with real-time referrals, it is piloted across 35 PHUs and 5 hospitals with 7,000+ pregnant women registered and 160 health workers trained.

EIC Analytics.

The Problem

National literacy and numeracy assessments for pupils in classes 1 through 6 produced rich data across Sierra Leone, but stakeholders had no way to explore baseline and midterm results.

Solution & Impact

Designed, developed, and deployed the full analytics dashboard, from frontend and backend to data APIs, with interactive visualizations covering assessments of nearly 10,000 pupils from 340 schools across 15 of 16 districts, informing a program that has supported 55,000+ learners.
